  • During boarding, we do our best to maintain your dog’s routine as closely as possible. Each stay includes:

    • Playtime, feeding, walks, and cuddles

    • Dog TV, interactive toys, and games

    • Treats (if approved by you)

    • One video, three photos, and a written and/or voice message sent through our pet software system, Time To Pet

    Simply download the app to have instant access to your client and pet portal, where all updates are stored at your fingertips. Peace of mind, fun, and safety are always our top priorities.

  • Please bring your dog’s:

    • Food, pre-portioned by meal and by day

    • Any medication needed, with clear instructions

    • Bed and/or blanket for comfort

    • Collar and leash for walks and safety

    We also ask that you update all care instructions along with client and pet details in your Time To Pet Portal prior to service. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure all information is current and accurate. Any additional or handwritten notes must also be entered in the portal — this keeps all information in one secure, accessible place.

    Bringing familiar items from home and keeping details up to date helps ensure your dog’s stay is safe, smooth, and stress-free.

  • For the safety of all pets in our care, the following vaccinations must be current for boarding services:

    • Rabies

    • Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

    • Distemper/Parvo (DHPP)

    • Flea and tick prevention

    If your dog has not received these vaccines, please discuss with Gen B Happy Paws prior to booking. Proof of vaccination is required, and it is the owner’s responsibility to update all health information in the Time To Pet Portal before service. This ensures we have accurate, up-to-date records for your pet’s safety and well-being.

  • During the day, dogs enjoy playtime, walks, cuddle sessions, and plenty of interaction.

    At night, most dogs sleep in the common area (family room) with their doggie friends unless otherwise discussed. If your dog is crate trained, they will sleep in their crate or wherever they are most comfortable. Any dog that displays questionable behavior will sleep in their own space away from other dogs for safety.

    Safety is always our top priority, and dogs have supervision throughout the night to ensure a secure, calm environment.

  • Yes, we can accommodate dogs with special needs. All special needs must be thoroughly discussed with Gen B Happy Paws prior to boarding. These details must also be fully disclosed under Pet Care Instructions in your Time To Pet Portal before reserving boarding service.

    Failure to completely disclose your pet’s needs may result in termination of boarding service, as accurate information is essential for providing safe, appropriate care.
