Each visit includes fresh water, feeding (if needed), treats (with permission) potty breaks or litter box cleaning, playtime, cuddles, and a quick wellness check. You’ll also receive up to 3 photos, one video, and a written and/or voice visit report so you can see and hear how your pet is doing.

We offer 15–20 minute visits (within a 3-mile radius for potty breaks and litter box cleaning only) and 25-30 minute visits. If additional time is needed, please discuss with Gen B Happy Paws to create a plan that works best for your pet.

Yes! I’m trained in administering oral, and topical medications, as well as caring for senior pets or pets with special needs. Just let me know your pet’s routine.

You don’t need to be home. Most clients provide a key, use a lockbox, or give garage/door access codes. Lockboxes are highly recommended because they allow safe, secure, and convenient access to your home without exchanging keys in person each time. They also make it easy to provide care in case of an emergency or unexpected schedule change. All keys, codes, and access details are kept secure and confidential at all times.

Booking early is always best, especially during weekends and holidays. Last-minute visits may be available for an additional $20 late booking fee if less than 24 hours notice is given.

Yes! In addition to cats and dogs, Gen B Happy Paws also provides drop-in care for fish, hamsters, lizards, chickens, rabbits, and other small pets. Each visit is tailored to the specific needs of your animals to ensure they’re safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away.
