How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you know the dates you’ll need care, it’s best to book right away. Space is limited, and many clients reserve services months—or even a year—in advance. It’s never too soon to secure your spot, especially for holidays and peak seasons. The sooner you book, the better your chances of getting your preferred dates.
Do you offer last-minute or emergency bookings?
Yes, of course! I know that life can be unpredictable, and I never want your pets to go without the care they need. I do my best to accommodate last-minute and emergency requests whenever possible. For bookings made with less than 24 hours’ notice, there is a $25 service fee—but your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness will always come first.

What does every Pet Drop In and Walk Include?
Every Pet Drop-In Visit, Walk, and Pet Taxi service includes one video, three photos, and a detailed visit report and/or voice message. I want you to feel connected and reassured while you’re away, so you’ll always know exactly how your pet is doing—and have a few adorable moments to make you smile.
What does every Dog Grooming Include?
Every dog grooming includes a complete pampering experience: a sani trim, haircut as needed per breed, mouth wash, paw pad clean-up with moisturizer, and a nail trim; ear pluck and cleaning; two shampoo rinses followed by a conditioner; and a finishing touch with a special pet scarf, bow, or accessory. You’ll also receive a digital picture of your freshly groomed pup so you can share their adorable new look.
What are the benefits of Pet Drop Ins versus boarding?
Pet Drop-In Visits offer many benefits over traditional boarding:

Maintained Routine – Meals, potty breaks, walks, and playtime happen on their normal schedule.
One-on-One Attention – Personalized care without competing for attention from other animals.
Health & Safety – Lower exposure to illnesses or parasites that can occur in group settings.
Extra Home Care – We can bring in mail, water plants, and perform light home checks for added security.
While boarding can be helpful in certain situations, it often involves a new environment, limited personal attention, and potential exposure to illness. If your pet thrives on routine and home comfort, drop-in visits are a stress-free alternative.
In the event of an emergency, How is this handled?
Your pet’s safety is my top priority. I am Pet First Aid & CPR trained and experienced in handling emergency situations calmly and efficiently. If urgent transport is needed, I offer a Pet Taxi service to get your pet to a veterinarian, family member, friend, or designated guardian. I also lead a local Certified & Insured Pet Sitter Networking Group, ensuring I have trusted, professional backup should an emergency arise—so your pets are never without care.
How do I book services?
You can book services by clicking on the Resource tab and selecting Book Now. New clients will need to create a profile, activate their account, and complete the client and pet details. Once your profile is set up, you’ll have access to all available booking options.
For added convenience, be sure to download the Time To Pet App—this makes booking, messaging, and accessing your client and pet portal quick and easy. If you need assistance or have any questions, please reach out. We’re happy to guide you through the process.
What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept cash, checks, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, and payments made through my website using a debit or credit card. Please note, if paying by check, the payment must clear the bank prior to the start of service.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Grooming services require a $30 non-refundable deposit to reserve your dog’s appointment. All other services are paid for upon booking. For new clients, service is paid for after a Meet & Greet is conducted for all new clients and/or any new pets added to your household. This ensures everyone is comfortable with the pet care guidelines and expectations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Grooming Services: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a future service credit. If cancelled with less notice, the deposit will be forfeited. There are no cash refunds for grooming deposits.
Pet Drop-In Visits & Walks: Must be paid in full at the time of booking via Venmo, Apple Pay, credit card, or cash. A $25 late booking fee per pet may apply if services are booked last minute or if balances remain unpaid within 7 days of service. No refunds are issued. Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice may receive a service credit (minus any applicable cancellation fee).
